Are you ready for glowing, beautiful skin? This Power Oil contains some ingredients with lots of minerals and yummy nutrients for your skin. I have been using it for under a week and the skin all over my body is softer than it has been in a long time!

This recipe came from my fellow Wellness Advocate, Jennifer Carr. You can follow her on her Facebook page, Wildflower Wellness. When she was in massage school at A New Beginning School of Massage in Austin, TX, her hydrotherapy teacher, Michael Vance, taught her to make this incredible oil. She passed on the recipe to me at an essential oil class and she is graciously allowing me to share it with you guys. (She has incredible skin that looks like perfection!)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Organic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Dead Sea Salt
  • Epson Salt
  • Baking Soda
  • Green Tea Leaves
  • Lavender Essential Oil
  • Optional bonus awesomeness: food grade diatomaceous earth or Atlantic kelp

DIRECTIONS:

In a glass container, put the dry ingredients in equal amounts so that they fill 25% of the container. Fill the rest of the container with the olive oil. Add 10- 20 drops of Lavender Essential Oil (depending on the size of your container). You can start using it right away but it is even better the longer it sits and “marinates”!

I made mine in a glass ball jar. I am about to transfer it to an empty olive oil jar so that I can pour it into my hand.
